I have a prayer request. I left this note for Kitty in her gallery. ( I have surely missed you and started reading your comments from this pic back. So sorry you have been in so much pain and the MS has Affected your ability to use your arm. I will pray and enlist others to do the same. We have a God who heals. @🌰♦️Fernanda♦️🌰 ......When I get to the Effects, I click on Fade. I use my phone, so with my finger I touch the picture and go in a circle counterclockwise. Then I hit the Glass effect, and keep circling the picture counterclockwise. That's how I get this effect❣Hope that helps❣😊😊😊
