😢😢😢😢...I have seen so many beautiful colored pics using the new gorgeous color pallets from RC...My iPad is so old, I cannot get the new ones because it cannot support these new enhancements...😩😩😩😩😩 So.....Dear Santa...I would like a new iPad for Christmas...Please define naughty😳😳😳

I have a IPhone 7S and I can’t get them either. I am going to complain because I pay for the extras.

Awwwwwww that stinks - time for a new one. Apple actually sells older ones (2 years) very inexpensively - also check out Costco and BJ’s etc. they always have deals

Oh no!!! How frustrating!!! I don’t believe it’s Recolor’s fault, it’s Apple. My Mom has an older IPad & I read somewhere Apple wasn’t allowing anymore updates. It’s their way of forcing you to buy new products. If I didn’t like them so much I’d switch to Android. I think doing business that way sucks. They already have enough money!!! I’ll ask Santa for a new iPad for you!!! 🤣

Sorry to hear many of you are having issues @Art-Z-Fart-Z have you tried deleting any older apps on your iPad that you don’t use to free up some space. @Debbie I color on an iPhone 7 too. I had to log out of Recolor and go to the App Store and open Recolor from there to get the update. Worth a try.

@Art-Z-Fart-Z Updating in the App store worked for me. My iPad was purchased in 2014 . . . Pretty old.

I went to the App Store and had a update for recolor and did update and now have the new pallets too.

What did you do that was naughty? I haven’t seen anything that you have done that would classify as naughty. You always have beautiful pictures. Try the update or do as Mama ang said to do. Good luck.
