5 years agoI couldn’t believe my ears. Revive Genesis? What did that mean? I immediately starting to think of all the possibilities. How is is possible that she could be alive? The moment Seth said that he had a way to save Genesis. I had to save her. If there was any hope... I had to save her. I couldn’t tell if Seth was lying. He had the same dead cold serious silver eyes he had gotten before. He showed no signs of fear just confidence. He knew the right way to manipulate us... the right things to say...

5 years agoAnd I had no choice but to believe it... it wasn’t for me. It was for myself.. it was the Hope that maybe I could actually save her that kept me from saying no. I bit my lip, worried about what would happen. was it really worth listening to someone that had tried to kill us days ago? For the first time I had hope and one day I’ll be with Genesis again. It seemed too good to be true. It seemed like a scam. Still the feeling of seeing her once again. And the fact to actually see her smile...

5 years ago“What?” Adam yelled standing up, fist balled.
“Adam, WWGD,” I answered the same way he did for me.
“I can help you revive Genesis,” Seth replied shrugging. His mood hadn’t change and his unsettling smirk stil was visible.
“How do we know you’re telling the truth,” I frowned.
“As I said, you just need to trust me,” Seth answered. “There’s no better explanation.”
“You can’t just tell us all of a sudden that you’ll help us without any credibility,” adam argued.
Seth just smiled cruelly.

5 years ago“We all have our Secrets, daímonas,” Seth answered. Than he started to speak Which sounded a lot like greek. Adam growled his fist clenched and he started rapidly speaking Greek back. I couldn’t understand almost anything. It was all gibberish or words that were all jumbled and mashed together by some famous evil people. I tried to catch along, but I don’t know Greek as much as I should’ve. The only words I got out of it was, Téras, monster, and korítsi, girl.... they seemed to be arguing.

5 years ago“Guys! Do you realize that maybe one of us DONT understand Greek? English please!” I answered.
“Right,” Seth answered laughing. “You don’t care for Greek.”
“I just haven’t learned it as much as I should’ve,” I argued.
“Anyway,” Adam answered who seemed a little shaky. “Why would you help us?”
“Because of the goodness of my heart,” Seth rolled his eyes. “No, it’s because I can tell that something is going to happen. And something big. And I want to be one the right side when it comes.”

“Something bad. And I’m not truly sure what it is,” Seth admitted. “But all I know is that rebels are not going to be friendly. They are ready to kill you.”
“What else is new?” I asked sarcastically. “Please, take a number. I’ve had enough people trying to kill me.”
“You’re telling us all this information because you believe that they are wrong?” Adam asked.
“I’m telling you this to even out the battle ground,” Seth simply stated. “To make this an actual fair war.”

“I like to say, in between,” Seth smirked. “Im not apart of the enemy, but I don’t agree to your stupid rules and ways of life.”
“Huh.” Adam replied. It was all he said.
“Well? So are you going to trust me or not?” Seth asked.
“... I’m still not sold on this,” I answered.
“Me either,” Adam replied.
Seth sighed loudly. “I gave you information. I promised to give you information you needed . What more do you want from me?”
I sighed getting ready to talk.

Than you tried to kill us and basically defied all of our power and strength we had. Than you actually killed Genesis in the midst of everything and now. You’re in jail. How can you not want an easy way out? How would you not want to make up a story to make an excuse to get out? How do we know that you won’t stab us with a butter knife-

“I get you don’t trust me,” Seth answered. “But things require patience and faith.”
“Something about your stupid faces make me mad,” adam growled. “and I’m not having it.”
“My stupid face, is the face that could get you through rebel security,” Seth shot back coldly.

“True, and it is tempting right about now,” Seth smiled.
“And those are sign of a spy,” Adam growled.
“So? I’m not trying to fight back or lie,” Seth answered. “If I was a spy, why would I tell you these things?”
“Because you’re using some mindgames. What do you mean by reviving genesis? Raising her back from the dead? Taking her spirit and transplanting it somewhere else? Making her Frankenstein and being like MUAHA SHE ALIVE!!” I say.

“Don’t judge me,” I answered. “Anyway, you could be lying about something. A twist or a pricey some sick thing that I don’t want to be apart of,” I finished. “I’ve been lied to many times, and I’m not making the same mistake again.”
“Well said,” Adam nodded, holding the blade in his grip. “Now you’ll Find a way to prove it to us that you’re with us, or you’re dead.”
“I’m afraid I can’t do that,” Seth answered flatly.
“Guess it’s a done deal,” I answered.

I hated listening to that. I wanted to argue almost immediately. I didn’t trust him, I didn’t think he deserved a second chance. He didn’t deserve my trust. So much of me wants to choke and snap Seth out of existence and never come back. I loathed to see him suffer the way I did. But... he was our only lead. Our only way to defeat the rebels. He could help us find the missing pieces... he was the only way to Genesis

“You know the way to heal her? You tell us how,” I answered.

5 years ago“You need to release the shadow vapor, it’s kind of hard to explain,” Seth rubbed his neck, one with a faint scar on it. “Dead people have this dark aura around them that makes them dead. However, people like Genesis have a different story. Their shadow vapor.... can be persuaded in some form. I can lift some off the shadows to be able to wake her in some way.”
“So you’re telling me that shadows surround dead people?” I asked at the same time Adam answered, “what type of power do you own?”
