1 week agoI lost the art contest again! I think the judge is biased. I was working in the yard when I saw Silky stalking something. I found out what it was when a snake did a flip in the air. It hid pretty quickly & I steadied my nerves & kept working & saw it again about 30 minutes & I came back in. It's not very big, maybe 2 feet long, but it's the same kind as the big one & I wish they'd think about moving. I wish I were fear free when it comes to non venomous snakes. I don't run screaming like my

Maybe this'll be the last of the chilly weather & you'll be able to get your four o'clocks growing when you get back. I planted some peppers for Chris yesterday in a window box. I used some epsom salts in warm water on my ferns & spider plants & tomatoes & had a little left & used the

1 week agorest on my roses a couple of weeks ago and I'm getting blooms on two of them again. I did it again yesterday so I can hopefully tell if the 1st time was a fluke or not.
