4 years agoBeautiful.....except her skin color is too light. Not trying to spread hate but colorism is a rlly big problem in lots of communities, the black especially. Dark skins are told they are not beautiful to compare with the light skins. Tiana is a dark skin. If .you just search up a picture of her, you’ll see she is much darker than this. Again, I’m sure you didn’t mean harm but this is the truth.
Still....I have to ask. Didn’t it cross your mind that she was A LOT lighter than she actually—-

4 years agoIm so sorry if I gave that impression, I didn’t have a picture as a reference and I didn’t mean to cause any offence, I only really use 3 skin tones in everything and after reading your comment I’m doing Tiana with a different template and making sure it’s as true to her as possible xx thank you so much for telling me this I really appreciate it. 4 years agoOf course not. I’m not black...I’m brown, but we have the same problem in our community, so I really felt. I’m sorry, I just get worked up about these things sometimes. My first thought was that you didn’t have reference, so yeah. And no, it’s a beautiful piece of art. You should leave it up. Thanks for being cool about it and not getting crazy offended like some people do.
