4 years agoI concur with @Peyz33 aka Karen 🇺🇸 🖤, bionic knees aren’t a bad thing. I had bilateral total knee replacements on July 24 last year, and was cleared to drive 10 days later. Contact me if you need any kind of how-to for getting through it easily, if you end up needing to do so. ❤️

4 years ago@Elle Bee I appreciate it that very much. I have Osteoporosis in both my knees. My left knee never healed properly after I dislocated in 2004. It’s not aligned the way it should and I wear a knee brace that’s not very supportive. I already had Cortisone shots but doesn’t really help. But I have to wait and see. And @Peyz33 aka Karen 🇺🇸 🖤 thanks for all your comments my talented friend. I sure hope I don’t have the knee surgery, but a lot of people said it helps. I don’t know, worries me though.

4 years ago@lovely’s Lucy, well, if you have osteoporosis in both knees, you won’t after the surgery! Think of all the things you’ll be able to do again! Cortisone shots rarely help, and the gel shots don’t often work, either. Insurance “normally” requires that before replacement. I love my new knees, and would help anyone through the surgery I possibly could, if that is the decision made. Just let me know! ❤️

4 years ago@lovely’s Lucy I’m waiting for a knee replacement too. Had right hip replaced two years ago very successfully but now have arthritis in left knee! Let’s hope we’ll be fully mobile soon 🙏🏻😊❤️😊🙏🏻

4 years agoMy hubby had his entire meniscus cut out after almost a yr waiting for surgery because he did it at work n may I add he has been there almost 40 yrs and it’s a major company PG&E for any of you who may know who I’m talking bout!! Workers comp took their sweet time n he prob wouldn’t of needed that much out the surgeon said if it were done right after! He now is thinking bout knee replacement so ty to all of you who gave 👍and I hope you get good news thoughts and prayers!! Gorgeous pic❤️❤️❤️❤️
