This is just darned amazing, t! I incredibly love the earthy tones in this coloring! That bandana in her hair is fantastic, wish I had one like it! Her hair color is stunning and so natural looking.. Great great job!! I hope you, your family, and your niece’s children are finding ways to cope with the recent loss. Wishing you a much different 2020 (and oh!!! I had no idea you broke your foot either! So, uhm, stop that stuff! 😉 Not sure when that happened but hopefully you are fully mended!)

Hi B...yes, this turned out better than expected!! I'll send you that bandana...lol...Yes, my nieces husband is SOO incredibly strong...kept the holidays as normal as possible, cooking with the 7 year old like their mother loved to do. They seem to be doing pretty good. He goes back to work on the 20th and searching out child care options until his mother retires in a few months to take over. I will be there if needed. He has a village of family so that is good...cont. @🌳Brenavere🌳

The way her passing happened so suddenly, okay on a friday morning, gone by sunday noon, we are all, at this point, internalizing it all still, looking for answers. So, YES my foot, broke it back in May....missed the last step and the edge of my foot hit the wood banister's sharp edge and shatttered the bone under the baby toe! Luckily no surgery! But...no weight for 3 months! So, there went my summer! Cont...@🌳Brenavere🌳

Even when I was given the okay to walk, it took another 2 months to feel fully healed...as of today, it feels great...as if nothing happened, but...you sure do appreciate the little things in life when they are taken away! Thanks for your concern!! @🌳Brenavere🌳

Wow, a difficult 6 months there for sure. You just answered me about a question I just asked, whether ur niece was married. I feel such anguish for him although having his kids will certainly be a good focus for him at this time. Did ur niece have no idea she had leukemia until that Friday???? Because that certainly IS ...welll... more than shocking!!

Hi B....NO....she had no idea...she went in for a hernia surgery on Friday...got through that fine, got discharged Saturday morning...little groggy but thought from anethesia. As the day went on, she got more and more incoherent, went to bed, she fell out of bed, husband could not arrouse her...called 911...he text me saying they are on their way back to the hospital, she isn't coming out of her anethesia...during the night tests were done and leukemia revealed. They tried transfusion...blood would not clot...brain swelled...got a text Sunday morning saying she is deteriorating...at that point we left for the hospital...by the time we got there, they declared her brain dead!!!! That fast!! We all feel mistakes were made...no blood work before laproscopic surgery....and, she has been experiencing migraines all week... and blurred vision in one eye day before surgery...she told them that at the hospital, they wrote it off as anxiety....cont...@🌳Brenavere

Oh, t, this event just gets more sad....and reinforces my distrust in the medical community. Misdiagnoses happen so frequently. *shaking my head in disbelief*

My nurse friend said she should have been taken for a cat scan right there and then, she thinks she was experiencing a possible brain bleed all week, so many unanswered questions that I haven't asked her husband/father yet as its just all too fresh. I will see them soon though and will discuss then...doc said even though it woudl have been caught, she would not have lived 6 months, but, at least she could have said her goodbye's, priorities in order...and chosen treatment or not. @🌳Brenavere🌳

Absolutely....!!!! I don't trust the medical industries at all!!! If anything, I would go holistic! Now...she did have RA which she was taking Humira for...humira causes leaukemia...so we think that played a role in this as well...because the kind she had...either the very young or the very old get it...so something caused it....@🌳Brenavere🌳

Wow, I am speechless. Just speechless. One of the saddest things I have heard. heartbreaking. I feel so bad for you all. Goodness, I have a lot of prayers to say about all this including one for the medical community to get their act together. I wish there was a clear answer about this, and health care for our citizens in general.
