so, i saw that bighit was hosting the PLUS Global Audition for a new girl group. i always thought about becoming an idol, but ik that trainees have it really harsh. normally they have to go on a diet, have strict curfews, practice dance for hours on end, etc. however just becoming a trainee and getting the chance to go to Korea and dance and study the Korean History and language sounds really cool to me.

i sound extremely dumb and like a stupid child, but its true. i am going to consider auditioning. but i'd have to bring the subject up to my parents first of course. how they would react, i dont exactly know. but i do hope, that if i gather enough courage, that they would react well.
That would be so amazing if you did that and yeah being a trainee seems super hard and you do have to consider all of that but if that is something you really want to do your should go for it and if you decide to do it good luck
i say go for it! ive considered being an idol as well, but i donโt think i have what it takes ๐ but im sure your parents will react well if you show courage :) if thatโs something you really wanna do, they will hopefully support you on that. i support you and hope everything goes well!

it is expensive as well, and my parents have been pretty picky about financial stuff. we're not poor, but you hopefully know what i mean. so i found out that if you go audition, if you're not Asian you have about a 1% chance of passing. it does sound harsh, but it is KPOP. i am japanese so i believe that it'll be a teensy bit easier for me. as for looks, i think i look decent..? i guess? im not holy-gorgeous, but im fine i suppose
Just wondering if you were to get into a group would you want to rap or sing

i can sing, not the best voice for sure, but i can do it. dAnCiNg? idk im super willing to learn, but im not the greatest. if im sure about auditioning, i thought about just doing that first, to see if i really like it. if im not passionate about it, then i continue trying to audition for companies

As for looks I know that for kpop looks are a big thing but I think just to become a trainee looks are not the most important thing and your probably look great anyway

@-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.๐๐ฎ I have faith that you will do well itโs probably very hard to get in and you do have to consider the fact that companyโs over work there idols and do things like force them to diet but I think that if this is something you really want to do you should go for it

I FORGOT TO MENTION: If u can only speak english, thats what they favor a bit aswell. i think companies plan to teach you Korean during your trainee years if they host a global audition in America.
