A merman spy since he is one of the quickest ones by the water. He knows his way around and can communicate with the animals from underwater. He is basically a great spy to see the Rebels and to take pictures to seee what’s going on. Usually he stays as a human because well he’s been trapped underwater his whole life until he realized that he could change form to become human.
