“I had to make sure,” I shrugged. “You can never be too prepared.”
“Okay guys ground rules,” Genesis answered. “This is where humans live. Not supernaturals. Humans. So no powers. The mist should hide most of what’s happening, but don’t push it.”
“Yes ma’m no Powers don’t push it,” I nodded. “Got it.”
“Then I think we’re good to go,” Genesis replied. “As long as y’all are fine with a lot of people.”
“I’ll be fine,” I nodded. “This is going it be fun!”
“As long as they don’t touch me” he nodded.

4 years ago“Fine dark knight then you better get going before it gets crowded,” Genesis rolled her eyes. “Finn you can go I’ll handle him.”
“Don’t run away,” Edward replied. “Last time we lost you we took a day to find you at IKEA. Why would you even think of hiding in a closet??”
“Because it’s spacious and if murderers come I doubt they’ll check every single closet they find,” I argued.
“Or it could be the first place he looks,” he reminded.
“Finn just go in,” Genesis laughed. “Don’t let him stop you.”

Huge was an understatement. It was ginormous. It was humongous. It was colossal. So many people went in every direction and it seemed almost to good to be true. I felt the happiness shoot through my veins as I looked everywhere. So many booths, so many costumes, so many things to buy! I looked for which one I wanted to go first but it was so hard to pick! Anime? Disney? Game of thrones? What to do?

4 years agoThen it caught my eye. A marvel stand was set up at the very back of the room. I could see it. I almost jumped at the sight of it and flew toward it as a wind but then I remembered. I was wearing heavy Metal armor. Also that I can’t use my powers. I sighed and decided to run towards it. Nothing was going to stop me now! I ran past thousands of people, some dressed as star lord, Spider-Man, spider pig, a sim, a plant, a zombie, a ninja, and ninja zombie, and so many more I could barely say.

4 years agoI wanted to meet them all and ask them the million questions I had and see if they knew the answer. Why didn’t Thor aim for the head? How does Spider-Man breathe through his suit? Why are plants green? Why is Batman so low voiced? Why didn’t starlord dance off THANOS to save the world? All the thoughts swirled in my head. So many important questions that needed to be answered and they finally could be answered this time! Maybe I could finally be free and express my love for comics with someone!

4 years agoThen something started coming toward me. Fast. And before I could Correlate what was happening, I realized it had hit me in the face. I flew backwards confused of how these things were happening. everything just kept flying back until I fell to the ground. My thoughts were frazzled and confused in a blur of thoughts. I felt my head throb as I groaned. I wish I could’ve worn the helmet I had from before but nnoooooo I decided not to wear it. Everything was still spinning as I tried to get up.

4 years ago“I am so sorry,” a distorted voice replied. What was that?
My vision cleared as I saw someone in a dark black hood and a black cloak. I frowned. Was it Edward?
“It’s fine,” I replied shaking my head. “Just wasn’t looking where I was going.” I got up quickly dusting off my armor.
“No it’s my fault,” they insisted. “I should’ve looked too.” I realized that their voice had a monster filter on. Their voice was really just a distorted version of their real voice.
“It’s okay,” I nodded. -

“You know what that is?” They asked.
“Yeah I do!” I nodded. “It’s frizztacking awesome! I always wanted it!”
“I just got one here,” they replied.
“Holy fritz are you serious?” I gasped. “Where?”
“I can take it to there if you want,” they replied. “It’s the least I can do.”
“Can you?” I asked.
“Of course,” they laughed which sounded like a gruff crackling. “Let’s go.”
“Wait I dont even know your name,” I replied.

“No way I love that show!” I replied. “I can see it now!”
“That’s great,” they laughed again. “And what are you?”
“I’m a knight. Sir Finn at your service,” I bowed.
“Sir Finn, has a nice ring to it,” they noted. “Now let’s go.”
They started to walk through the crowd as I followed closely to try to catch up to their step. Their movements were quick but I could tell they were waiting for me while I was slowly lagging behind.

4 years ago And so that was the first volume of the saga of new Friends. The journey will continue and I was excited to find out. It was only the beginning but I knew it wasn’t going to be the end.
