So I’ve noticed I’ve been on recolor for a year now thanks to Ella exploring the MelCave once again!😂 thanksss Ella💕
So I’ve wanted to do a contest and host it with some of my friends idk or at least do a Q&A or requests.
Tbh I didn’t think I’d make it this far on recolor and I wanted to thank everybody who has been here with me for the last few months, ilysm!💕💕

So, hey this is the sappy and sad part of this post ;(
So idk how to explain this but I’ve recently lost my motivation to color on recolor and be online. The reason why I feel less motivated to color here is because I feel like my artwork won’t satisfy anyone. When really it doesn’t satisfy me.
I feel like my artwork isn’t perfect enough and it won’t satisfy anyone.
I know there isn’t a such thing for coloring “perfectly” but I really haven’t been feeling it ya know.😕

But recently after a few events filled with drama I’ve felt less interested in recolor. The reason I joined recolor is because before I joined my mental health was at its worst state and coloring at that time was the only thing that could help me. I didn’t join recolor to see or be in any drama.🤷🏻♀️
But after being here for a year now and seeing recolor at its good and bad times has really helped me out I guess..?

5 years agoDon’t get me wrong I love being here on recolor but nor do I not like some things about it. Anyways once again before I joined recolor my mental health wasn’t at its best state so I decided to join. I joined recolor because I thought it would help me out. Turns out I made friends on the way which I really didn’t expect.
But after the year passed here on recolor I’ve reached most of my goals here and I’ve been somewhat happy with them.

5 years agoNow lemme talk about most of the reason I’m leaving recolor.
After joining for a few months my mental health was at its greatest state.
But then it started going back to its worst state.
My self esteem has also been falling apart. And what I’m trying to say is I really want to work on myself before coloring again.

5 years agoSo basically the best choice for me is either quitting recolor or just taking break. This might not mean I’ll be staying here on recolor nor does it mean I’ll come back.

5 years agoLiterally quitting is the last thing I want to do but I really don’t want to take a break that would last for months and forget all about recolor so idk.
Also being here on recolor is really the most amazing thing that could happen to me but once again I’m not sure about it.
