Heyyy losers...
So I want to talk about this post. For those of you who donโt know, this is Chadwick Boseman. He was an actor from South Carolina. The image above was a recurring joke on the internet in August 2020.
Chadwick had been diagnosed with Colin cancer in 2016, and lived with it for four years, still doing his job. To our great sorrow, Chadwick died on August 28th 2020.
THIS JOKE WAS CIRCULATING IN THE MERE WEEKS BEFORE HIS DEATH.

3 years agoHE WAS DYING, HE WAS FIGHTING HARD, AND PEOPLE DECIDED THAT IT WOULD BE FUNNY TO JUDGE HIM.
I want you all to know that judging someone based on their looks with unfair assumptions is a horrible thing to do, especially if you donโt know them enough to know what may be happening in their lives. A fair assumption, for example, is maybe, seeing a man at the store who is missing an arm; which is not grown out [looks natural, usually shrivels at the end, a mutation] and assume that he is a war vet.

3 years agoI thought it was incredible how he pushed through and managed to live a seemingly normal life. I mean thats definitely inspiring to me. I dont think I ever would have guessed he had cancer. It just shows that even though you cant control everything, the things you can control are extremely important. R.I.P.

3 years agoLike idk how to rephrase it but like I've seen LGBTQ characters on TV Shows a lot but like ummm idk how to explain this bc I'm not familiar with any of this bc I'm not really allowed to learn about this stuff. Like do they audition for those roles? I'm sorry if I make no sense๐๐
