So, I haven't written support in a few months, but I did Monday night. I wrote that at this point there is zero excuse for the repeats, especially since the maintenance of this app is done through computers. I got the initial bot response and this morning I got the "go to suggestions " bot response . Before, I would get an actual reply. So I now know what you mean in your "rant" comment. I suspect they get so many complaints, they have had to resort to this method. It is frustrating ...

I started doing imports last summer ... but I prefer sticking to templates when possible. Your reply wasn't a "rant" by the way ... it is just frustration like we all have. 😘

Thank you Tracy❤️ yesterday, I responded that “I would appreciate it if an actual live person would read my comment & respond”. No response 😡 my husband told me to quit giving money to someone who doesn’t care or even try to improve. But, I pay a lower rate too & do it more for the social side now. It’s just sad, so many other long time users have left & it doesn’t seem to bother them☹️@TracyNWOregon🌲

@Dee Stone I feel your frustration my friend! And you're not alone! This isn't the first time I've read comments that are similar to yours. It's a shame that we spend our hard earned money on something that will bring joy; but instead is causing frustration! they should answer you! and they should want to make their customers happy! sadly that's not happening!
