I've always loved the contrast of light & dark. Light shines brightly in our darkest moments. Don't sit in the dark mentally or emotionally. Shine a light in that dark space. Talk to a friend, talk to a doctor or a parent...to someone safe to share your feelings. The enemy tries to keep you in the dark so you won't get in the light. He knows he's done for and loses the fight when you shine a light in the darkness. You're never alone. A sunflower has motor cells in its head that turn towards the sun. They are known as a "Happy Flower". It knows to turn towards the light. Jesus is light & love. Turn towards the light & feel His warmth and love for you.
