So I'm enjoying my new phone, still getting used to it. I unfortunately have to start recolor from scratch again.
The backup option is a lie at least for us Android users, if I understand correctly subscribed Apple users get their backups done automatically, please correct me if I'm wrong and let me know if anyone has been able to successfully backup their work.
I've all my free time the last 2 days any and all of the templates that I might have interest in coloring some time. I also made a lot of fun funky colors ๐

1 year agoYESSS QUEEN!! This is beautiful my! Also the backup thing is weird, so like say you color one thing on one device, and post it, you canโt go on another device and Recolor it..

1 year ago@Kacia contest Ah no it does work like that, the backup is supposed to work for when you switch devices like I just did it's not like a shared cloud but again it just doesn't work and support doesn't help

This I believe is the 4th time I start over but it's the first time I had paid for the subscription and was counting on the backup to work so I could bring all the artwork I had done and a lot that I had unfinished. I did lose my account as you can see I'm still posting on it,I just lost everything else

1 year agoABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! ๐ The makeup is stunning! And you should've been able to backup your pictures? My friend got a new phone, and got all her templates back ๐ I'm sorry that happened to you, it's strange ๐ฅบ But it seems like they favor Apple users to be honest, I noticed Android users don't get the same amount of advantages.

1 year ago@๐ค ๐ซA ฬฅอฆKอฆฬฅWอฆฬฅ๐ซ ๐ค Thank you!! I'm pretty sure the backup option is on for apple users. like I tried on this phone when I had only colored 1 picture and it worked,but today when I finished saving all the templates and colors I tried again and it failed
