i just want everyone to know that their bodies are perfect just the way that they are. if you are ever struggling with the way that you look, whether you have rolls or are a little heavier than you would like, or if you are skinnier than the average person, just know that there is nothing you should worry about because everyoneβs body is perfect just the way that it is. iβve struggled with anorexia for a few years and iβm still struggling with it now. if anyone is ever having any trouble (cont)

3 years agowith their body image, just know i am here and so many other people are there for you and will help you through this. you are perfect just the way that you are and please never feel pressured by society to be super skinny or go on crazy diets. just get to a weight that makes you happy. please do not harm yourself because weight does not define you and should not have a huge impact in your life. if you are at a weight where you are happy and most of all healthy, thatβs perfect. π
