Recently Iโve had problems with my Recolor App and the changes Iโve made to a picture werenโt saved after over 20 minutes of coloring. I tried to solve this by frequently closing the program (by swiping up), and before doing so I put in a bright color that I didnโt want. When I reopened this template if the bright color was there, I knew all my changes were saved. Then I clicked the backwards arrow once to remove the color. Is anyone else having this problem? 4 years agoHey photobert....I have worked on something, closed it, then when I went to reopen it, its blank!!!!! I solved this problem by...when I go back to work on it, I choose duplicate....if the duplicate comes up blank, I still have the original...I'll delete the blank duplicate and then hit duplicate again...normally it will come up fine then....I will work on the duplicate....delete the original...and so forth....repeating if I need to close it a few times....hope ths helps...but this is amazing!!

4 years agoHi photobert, sometimes I had the same problem, last time with my "save the world" pic...I had to interrupt coloring and when I reopend it my almost finished pic was blank ๐๐ so I have to start again, it didn't go as well as the first one ๐ as yet I have no solution, but I will try what tcrain recommend...

4 years ago@Yin&Yang Thanks for your comment! ๐ฅฐโฅ๏ธ๐๐ท๐โฅ๏ธ In addition to tcrainโs idea, (which I will try), try closing the program more frequently like I suggested above, this way it saves your smaller coloring additions, and if it doesnโt save, at least you didnโt lose an entire picture, you may just lose 5 minutes of coloring. 4 years agoPhotobert and @Yin&Yang Yes, if you have to close a picture for whatever reason... when you return to continue..click on the pic.....instead of choosing "continue coloring" choose "duplcate" if the duplicate opens perfectly...continue coloring that....delete the original...if the duplicate comes up blank...you have the original and just repeat...it will eventually open fine..good luck!!
