I am having a problem with my iPad version of Recolor. I have a subscription but it wonβt let me color any templates giving me an error code and saying itβs unacceptable. Also I canβt load the Homepage. It keeps processing & never loads. Has anyone had a problem like this? Beautiful. Try shutting down your tablet. Wait five minutes to start it up again. See if the error codes have disappeared. The app is very glitchy and the excuse they are giving for lack of tech support is COVID-19. I hope it works.

Absolutely gorgeous! Such gorgeous hair- exquisite coloring my friend!ππππ I had the same problem when my subscription renewed- it took about three weeks for recolor to fix it...but I was able to access some templates and some colors. I hope this gets resolved quickly πΈ

I have a I pad pro and I also have a subscription..have you done a cold boot. Hold your power button and your home button down at the same time until the Apple image appears then take your fingers away, itβll take a minute and then youβll have to unlock your tablet..I use the security code and not the fingerprint and then go back to recolor. Iv had to cold boot my tablet up to six times in an afternoon because of all the problems with the RC app but it will usually take care of the problem.

You asked me about my importing pictures, yes most of the time I use the lightest setting when getting a picture ready to color and I also make a lot of my own colors to get the look i want...β₯οΈ if you need any more clarity just ask...hope the comment I left about your iPad helps...β₯οΈ

Absolutely stunning!β€οΈ. I just went through the same issues. Try turning off iPad that is what helped for awhile. It is working ok for now!β€οΈ. It seems to come and go!
