Gorgeous!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ yes, I have the same issues on my iPad. My iPhone is fine though, except for commenting sometimes. I agree with the cold boot. I’ve restarted my iPad many times and it works sometimes. Also check to make sure you have the latest software updates on both iPad and RC. Lastly, try singing in and out of your RC account. Just make sure you have your correct login info before doing it! Otherwise it’s another nightmare.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble too. I have so many different problems with this app. Sometimes I can’t comment, also when I’m coloring I get bounced out of the app and when I come back all my coloring is gone. I make sure my updates are up to date first. Then I reboot my iPad and that usually works for awhile. Good luck.

This is a magnificent piece. Fantastic coloring! Hope you resolved your problems. I have an I pad pro and have had problem too. Sometimes it helps turn turn off my tablet for a minute then start up again. Right now it’s not sending my comments all the time unless I do them twice!

@photobert, try force restarting your device by holding down both the home button and the power button at the same time. It helps to reset the device completely. 🙏🏼

I had that issue about a year ago. I had to have patience.....ugh! I periodically texted the to see if they had any progress. Eventually, it was resolved........
