I just feel sad that my artwork is so bad! There are so many super talented people here and some are professional artists! I can't draw and I have really bad arthritis! I am thinking it is time for me to leave Recolor! I am getting 6 or 8 likes per picture usually! It really makes me feel so sad!

1 year agoYour art isn’t bad @🇨🇦DIXIE🇨🇦 and I have noticed a decline in likes too, it is not just you. Also, it really should not be about the likes, it should be about coloring bringing you joy!!! Try to remember that the next time you do get many like. 🤗

1 year agoomg no don't leave for something like that your art is amazing you're just as talented as everyone else and I'm sure you'll get more likes as long as you continue making the beautiful art that you do. Im not a professional either as long as you have fun here then please stay and if you really feel (even tho I don't want you too) that you need to leave then I will miss your beautiful artwork. 🖤

1 year agoNoooooo….the best way to think about it is NOT TO BE HERE FOR LIKES. There is nothing wrong with what you are doing. Join some of the challenges. That way people,will visit your gallery. I’m hosting creepy doll week this week….join in! You don’t teven have to sign in. Enjoy the wonderful artistic people here though. Because they are amazing!

1 year agoDon’t feel sad, the thing here works like this: follow only people who will follow you. You can choose how many likes and comments… more people , more comments and likes…but, if someone stop visiting your gallery or make comments, you do the same thing, stop visiting his/her gallery. This person will come back and you start following Her/his again. If this person don’t come back, you put someone in his/her place…Of course, you will make some friends, special people who’ll stay forever with you.

1 year agoIt really isn’t about how good you are it’s about this community and friendship we all have had our likes deminish and don’t know why but we enjoy coloring and friendships ….stick around amongst friends …..

1 year agoDear I ' m so sorry you feel sad. Your art is beautiful, and is yours. We are all alike and different too. Of course there are very good artist among us. But the rest of us just color because we like to color. And we do what we can and think is beautiful.

1 year agoHi Dixie, please don't leave Recolor 😢. I believe each one of us is unique in our own art and coloring from beginning to advanced in technique . By the way, this picture is adorably cute 😍. As far as likes goes, I noticed there has been a decrease of likes in several galleries, including my own. I went from 250 likes per picture on average a couple of years ago to now to be lucky on average, receiving between 80 to 150 likes per picture.

1 year agoThere also have been several people that left Recolor due to sickness, cost of app, and so forth. I also at one time thought about leaving Recolor because of my health, feeling sorry for myself thinking I wasn't good enough to be on here, but I got a hold of myself and some kind friends on here inspired me to keep coloring on here. I have been struggling with fibromyalgia, and this past summer, I started having issues with my right arm and could barely continue coloring.
