There is a strength that comes from accepting what has happened in your life and responding to it. And it’s an act of courage to go headlong into grief, where you can see what’s coming toward you and say “yes” to it. Saying “yes” does not necessarily imply that you like what you see or what you get. You didn’t choose for your life to be disrupted this way. But your saying “yes” to the experience depletes the negative power that would otherwise exert itself over you.

5 years agoGreat picture. It is called Epley maneuver. It works wonders. Try medical doctors, chiropractors, naturopaths. One or two times.
I actual heard the Chrystals tinkle when my head was turned. You lay on your back. A kaiser nurse recommended it. Good luck. Being incapacitated from that is awful. Maybe if you contacted me again I could get my iPad to return messages. 😥😥😘😘

5 years agoThank you so much for the self experience information. Tomorrow I have an appt with a Vestibular Doctor in Manhatten. Thank gosh I have insurance. I have tried some Epley exercises, from YouTube, but I must not be doing them correctly. Hopefully she will demonstrate and my husband will be able to help me at home. God Bless you my dear for reaching back and the support.

I can go into more depth but probably not here. Write me via I internet. The tube demonstration is NOT how my son does it. Actually she didn’t do the whole maneuver.
