Exquisite!!! Hey, have you ever used a "happy lamp?" It helps with getting the benefits of UV light in winters. I think you sit with it for 30 minutes a day and it helps with seasonal depression. Areas where it's 24hrs of dark use it in schools and such.
I don't mind the cold and dark ... though I prefer cold and sunny!!
Hope you can find some relief from the SAD (Seasonal affective disorder).
