Hey guys! I was so scrolling through my Pinterest feed, and I came upon this, and it related so much to me, o decided to color it and share some background.
So I feel like this really relates to my life. Sometimes I try so hard for people to like me, I try so hard to make everyone happy, I donโt say stuff thatโs on my mind to avoid judgment, and while doing all of this, I lose myself in the process.

3 years ago I lose what I feel, what I think, who I am. This quote reminded me that the only person I should be pleasing is myself, and God. (sorry if you are not religious) this is reminding me to be myself, be a little outgoing, and to not take things so seriously. If youโre a bit like me, remember these things, and try not to lose yourself to make other people like you, because if they donโt like you for who you are, theyโre not worth trying to please.

3 years agoThis looks awesome and Iโm sorry you have to put on an act, I have to do that with some of my friends, but with my best friend, sheโs helped me find out who I am and I can act anything around her. With another friend she gets kind of judgmental. And another old friend that Iโm kind of still(ish) friends with used to hit me if she didnโt like something I said or did ๐. I really liked her as a friend but I didnโt like that about her (she usually would hit my arm or push her thumb or fist (limit)

3 years agoI can relate so much โฃ๏ธ I used to act so much that I didn't even know who I was or how I should act. I was extradionarily sensitive (not that I'm not now) and could not show if I was upset or confused. All I did was put a fake smile on. It was to the point where almost all my relationships were breaking apart. I'm a devoted Christian so to even put a HUGE front with God was horrible. โค๏ธโค๏ธ Its sad that society has made us believe that our feelings, what we have and haven't done defines us ๐ญ
