sorry for not posting for a bit! I got my braces fitted yesterday, anyone got any tips/advice (e.g. how to do with the pain) and does anyone know when I'll be able to eat again :(

4 years agoIโve had braces for 6 months now *Bands for 3* and here are some tips
1: wherever put on some orajel it numbs it
2: Eat soft foods!! For ex~ Cheese, Diced up/ cut strips of light meat, smoothies, apple sauce, noodles, soups, RaMeN!
3: get some ice sis
4: Do something to get your mind off of it ex: music, drawing, exercise idk what you do in free time
5: Sleep just wow sleep
6: Advil is your best friend

4 years agoiโm first i think! aaaaaa this is awesome!! iโm sorry about the braces tho. when i had braces i ate ice cream. itโs easy to eat and the cold numbs the pain a little

4 years agoIt took me about a week to be able to eat solid food again but just eat liquids an take Advil and stick cold beverages until your mouth is nimb
