4 months agoAwesome great blue herons, Sunshine! Such wonderful artwork. Whether poised at a river bend or cruising the coastline with slow, deep wingbeats, the Great Blue Heron (North and Central America) is a majestic sight. This beautiful stately heron often stands motionless as it scans for prey or wades belly deep with long, deliberate steps. It may move slowly, but it can strike like lightning to grab a fish. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous picture and for joining Beautiful Birds.
