Fabulous, though I am not sure if weโve caught them in a mating dance or a battle. ๐๐ ๐ค๐ค๐ฉถ๐๐ฉต๐ค

Fantastic!!! At Rosa's, they have 2 pond areas. There is a duck couple. Ducks mate for life ... they are so cute to watch. They just hang out all day together. We had a duck couple here in the park too ...

By the way, I know these aren't ducks ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
It does however look like a mating dance.

What gorgeous Eurasian spoonbills, Kim! Awesome coloring! The Eurasian spoonbill is a distinctive, large white wading bird with a spatula for a bill. Adult has short crest, yellowish breast patch. Sleeping birds have horizontal posture and bulging neck, vs. more vertical stance of egrets. Found in wetlands with shallow water (including tidal flats), where it feeds by sweeping its bill side-to-side for crustaceans and small fish. Thank you for sharing it and joining the Beautiful Bird Challenge.
