11-23-20 @9:10pm I have not been feeling well. I slept Saturday night, Sunday and finally got up abt noon today. I missed most of my Meds, so it's I have definitely had better days. I guess I needed the rest as I have never slept like that before. I think I have a sleep hangover today 😴😏 lol

Gorgeous. You’re body needed to recharge. It happens to me once a week. Amazingly our bodies don’t feel pain in Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep. I wish they could bottle that.😂 I hope the rest and medicine restart has you feeling better Pat. Hugs and much love, Lisa.
