Well guys I am still here, but in a lot of pain with my hip and leg. I did receive my chemo... this time they hung a bag of Benedryl to help combat some of the side effects and it worked fairly well. The first 3 days were not the greatest, but after that it was mostly severe fatigue and aches. I brushed my hair this morning, it was full of hair!! I wasn't expecting loss this early... Someone needs to knit me a night hat 😉

3 years agoPat I shaved my head. When the brush took a big chunk I just went for it. It’s empowering and will be easier to deal with. I’m so very proud of you my friend - I know the fear - each time they plug in that port your stomach sinks but you are a warrior and you will get thru this. This is not forever. And of course you’re still here - duh😘 hope they give you something for the pain - you’ve got this 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘 you know where to find me ♥️
