A lot happened in the stream so I don't think I'll be able to explain it all, but in this scene (DSMP SPOILERS AHEAD) Quackity finds out from George that he, Karl, and Sapnap, who were the previous members of El Rapids with Q, left Quackity and started a new country (Kinoko Kingdom) without him. Karl thought he told Q abt it but because of his memory problems he actually didn't. Q is super sad because he had a bunch of plans for him and his friends in Las Nevadas
