Ok so Recolor permanently disabled the GSA because we were “asking for personal information” but we weren’t and I’m so upset with them because we hadn’t even gotten to have a post up yet and ugg

I’m not sure why you guys aren’t getting this...you’ve used it for giving advice (against the rules) for chatting (against the rules) and they’ve already disabled you guys before. Not sure why you feel the need to have something separate.

@BKazz we weren’t doing any of that on the most recent account. i don’t know why they disabled us.

@BKazz this account was just for pictures not for talking. Talking did happen only because someone got into our account and deleted everything so we had to sort some things out but only for that. And this disabling was for asking for information, when no one asked anyone for information. We believe the person who got into the account said something on someone else’s post and that’s what is happening. Another member of ours actually contacted support right when we started this second GSA...

I actually am part of that community. That’s not the issue. The personal info that people were asking for was the log in info I believe. Not sure that’s just what I heard

Very true Moony did, however, they did say it was only ok if it didn’t violate any of the other rules. I think they just need to clarify it for you guys on exactly what they mean. Because unfortunately Moony did misinterpret what was allowed

@BKazz sorry if it seemed like I was accusing you of being homophobic (that’s not what I was intending to say I’m just bad at writing ) And it doesn’t really make sense considering that the login info was being asked by others not the account

@BKazz the point is that members of our account read the guidelines and we followed those rules, but because of the person coming in a messing with the account it’s possible some rules were broken by them, and so we want to clarify with recolor that we weren’t related with whatever that person did

It did seem that way. Thanks for apologizing. When you let everyone have the account info, that’s giving out personal info. Like if someone asked for my log in info, that’s asking for personal info. Since you have so many that have it, no matter who is asking for it, or who is giving it out, that’s still Recolor GSA personal info. I hope that makes sense. But really all you can do is get them to clarify. I appreciate you being mature and willing to have a discussion 👍

@BKazz I’m still a little confused about the point your trying to make but it’s fine. I’m just waiting to hear from support and continue based off that. Once again sorry for anything I might’ve said that came off as mean/accusing I’m just absolutely awful at communicating so thank you for being understanding. Hopefully you have a good rest of your day/evening.

Oh it’s no problem. I didn’t want to get mad and assume that you were saying I was homophobic so always better to not assume it I was just trying to point out that might be what support was saying about the personal info. I should’ve been clearer about what I meant Have a good day/evening as well.

@A whole pan mess thank you! And yeah although sometimes what I say can seem confusing I aim to just share my point. It can suck to feel disrespected so I try not to do it to others.
