"Food for Thought"
20 ounces is 2 1/2 cups. It's like putting about 1 tsp of sugar in each ounce of liquid. Put 8 ounces of water in a cup and ask if you would add 8 tsp of sugar and drink it? I had this wake up a few years back with a can of "natural" cola. It was 12 oz had 160 calories ... 16 cal per tsp of sugar = 10 tsp of sugar per can. I poured it into a glass and saw how little it was. I haven't touched it since.
OK ... now I am really going to get up and clean.

@🇨🇦 WendyMac I love sugar!!! I gave it up ... I have trace amounts here and there, but I now use xylitol or splenda. Splenda is the better of artificial sweeteners and it isn't good for you either, but, this girl likes her sweet tea!

Third time trying to leave message, 🤨. This is wonderful! What a scary thought. I’m glad I don’t have a sweet tooth, but if you come across something that will make me afraid of KFC, let me know. I’m down with pneumonia and am craving chicken wings!

I don't eat there either ... for ethical reasons. KFC and Olive Garden have the highest sodium levels for the venue. I once loved Olive Garden, then I found out everything is pre-made and shipped to them. Most restaurants do this unless it's a mom and pop type situation.
The sugar content in KFC coleslaw is very high.
When sick, it is best to satisfy the cravings ... so get some wings! 😘

@TracyNWOregon🌲 I don’t eat out much, especially these days, but I sure want some wings! I know I’ll settle for the soup that’s waiting for me in the fridge, but a girl can dream…. Listen, I’m grateful that the COVID test came back negative. I’m doing what the dr says, and coloring. I’m glad I just took a break and still renewed my subscription.

Fantastic 💗💗💗 yep, soda is death in a cup, unfortunately. Diet soda is even worse. Chemical sweeteners raise insulin levels even higher than real sugar.
