"Breakfast is Served"
Did you know that egg yolks should actually be more orange than yellow? Bright yellow yolks indicate less nutrients and are usually common in factory farm eggs, which are also produced in the most barbaric and cruel manner possible.
"Cage free" only means out of a cage, but still cramped.
"Certified Humane" on the package is the best way to go. They have space and it is much more humane.
Whenever you can find "Certified Humane" animal products ... that's the best. Love and Gratitude to ALL!! ๐งก๐งก๐งก

4 months agoI am a carnivore ... but it is very important to me to get the most humanely sourced meat, eggs and dairy. Factory farming is barbaric beyond comprehension. Don't look it up ... it will destroy you.
Any humane act we can exercise toward animals and each other ... is always the best way to go.

4 months ago@JenniferR ๐บ๐ธ You can look at the people I follow or who comment on my stuff. I scan the daily's and if I like something, I go to their galleries. There can be some negativity here but, you can avoid or block anyone who may be "lost" within their anger.
Just explore and find what makes you happy. Give it time and enjoy.
I don't have a lot of tips to offer, but there are tutorials on YouTube and Facebook. I don't do social media, but I know there is a group on FB.

Iโve taken many things out of my dietโฆno beef, no pork, lamb, all red meats. I do occasionally eat chicken or turkey. I will eat fish too. Mostly my food consists of veggies, legumes, pulses, grains etc. ethically, it helps me feel better about my footprint on the earth.

4 months agoWonderful work, truly interesting information too. Just for the record, I donโt eat eggs at all. Never did. Yes, if they are mixed into a recipe, but never , not even once, as a meal into itself.
