3 years ago@Sonneter Just want to say I hope you are feeling better. I totally understand. Not same circumstances, but trauma is a hard thing to explain. Without the doctors and prescribed medicationsοΏΌ I could not function. Then some other traumatic things happened and Iβm functioning on one antidepressant, but have to fight anxiety. The anxiety is calmed when Iβm coloring. God bless you, and know you never have to apologize. Be good to yourself and stay safe from π¦ π₯°

3 years ago@Connie2ndπ€¦ββοΈ I want to thank you so very much for all of your kind words and comfort. I truly appreciate you and your understanding. I begin some therapy next week, to try to talk about it all and release it now. I am so used to taking care of others that I have forgotten how to take care of myself. The last 15 years of my life I have taken care of my parents, amongst many other traumatic events that have gone on in my life. One step at a time! Thanks so much and God Bless you too! πππ
