3 years agoHi Debra, I'm sorry to hear you had surgery but hope your doing ok. I know how painful hip surgery is, did you have a replacement? I've had both my hips and both my knees replaced . My first hip replacement is now 19 yrs old. I'm hoping it won't give out on me. It does ache some of the time. I may have to go in for a cortisone shot. I will keep you in my prayers and pray you'll heal quickly. Do you have to have therapy?? I had 6!wks of it each time. Love your colorful picture above.Thats all

3 years agowe been having is rain here, today first day of sun in quite awhile. Going down in the twenties tonight and they are predicting snow. Way too early for that... Rest & make sure you do your exercises. You have to have a lot of will power but the exercises do work!!! ππΌππΌππΌππ PS didn't you just get over the Covid??
