3 years agoWhat is going on w/ this app. I’ve always had a premium account since day 1 & was signed up for auto withdraw for my payment. Today is my ani date to pay and it appears as if I’m no longer signed up with a premium acct & no auto/withdraw. Help! Does anyone know what’s going on w/that????

3 years agoMaybe you needed to update your card? Did you get a new card with a new expiration date and PIN number? You have to keep up with that. Go in to Settings and see what you have and check your credit/debit card. Okay. Sorry this happened and I hope I was of some help. And I hope Recolor doesn’t want to change you more money now for your annual membership. Because I heard that was done to someone already.

I have an email that has a link to View my Subscription and it has a link on it that I click on my choice of payment that has the same yearly fee that I always pay but nothing happens. My subsciption is to end today but what time today. And why would the price of yearly subscription be what I signed up for instead of the newer prices? Supposedly on here it shows no active subscription found.

How odd is that??? Another thing when I followed the eMail link to View my subscription it has the renew date as May 22, 2021 . So I would take that as it’s been paid already.

3 years agoI’m thinking you won’t see the charge going through until tomorrow, the 23rd. I got the same email as you and the charge went through. (In April) at regular 39.99 price. Check your credit card tomorrow through Monday and I’ll bet you’ll see the charge hit.

for instance my account should be active on May 22, 2020 right? But RC doesn’t show an active subscription for me and I can’t import and I have a limited account for posting.
