I got a stress fracture and my dad who is a doctor said I shouldnโt go running๐ข but I donโt want to gain weight so I think Iโll still go and just take it easy๐ anyways enjoy this trench pic๐ค๐๐ฆ

2 years agoI would do what your Dad said and take it easy. Just be careful what you eat in the meantime - I'm no doctor but in my experience, the longer you donโt rest your self the longer it will take to heal and you could have long-term effects from improper healing. ๐

2 years agoThank you and thank you for that advice. I have struggled with anorexia and my mom said if I cut out any calories she would take me to the hospitalโฆ I think youโre right though and I should give it some time to heal properly. Thanks for the care๐ @PeacefulWaters (Jenlou21)
