3 years agoyeah it really was. rip johnny and dally 😔 i really wish dally didnt die so we could see his character develop more. i also really wish johnny didnt die because, well.. he’s johnny 😂 it’s definitely one of my favorite books though

3 years agoYeah, it was truly horrible. Johnny was so young when he died, and how dally reacted to his death was heartbreaking. Especially when Johnny wrote to Ponyboy, telling him to show him the sunsets, even though dally was dead.

3 years agoikr. s.e hinton really was a very talented author. i read it with my class a while back and i had so much trouble keeping in all the tears 😂
