Representation Matters.
It gives us the chance to portray everyone and show that each one of us has a place in the world.
Our place is also a responsibility, our duty to make the world a better place for others.
It begins by understanding that BLACK LIVES MATTER.
Coloured representation matters. It matters to the kids who wants to idolise a hero that looks like them. It matters to people who have to live in constant fear of indirect oppression based on their skin.

It MUST matter to us too, because we are the ones which CAN make a change.
We are the youth, the TOMORROW, the CHANGE. Now, just saying BLM isn't gonna change anything.

3 years agoWe have to break everyday stereotypes, change our perspective towards the society,provide opportunities to minorities.
Start by taking baby steps. Talk about issues, make people aware, join healthy discussions.
I hope we understand the gravity of the situation.

3 years agoThank you marvel especially Stan lee for creating all these south Asian , East Asian / southeast Asian, Latino , and Black characters ! Now let’s see them in the movies ! I know marvel does have quite a bit of representation and of course I love loki and tony and cap and Natasha and Clint and Bruce _ they have my heart I love them so muchh!!! But we need more representation too !!! So i def want to see more colored people as well ❤️

3 years agoAlso lgbtq representation . A representation of those with disabilities. A plus size hero . A hero with a mental health issue_ well that’s somewhat covered . A hero and back to the race topic also an indigenous / Native American/ aboriginal / First Nation super hero ! Polynesian too ! A biracial hero (like meee) !! Just diversity in general . Like I said marvel is doing a good job in making a change I hope they continue and put more diversity into their movies ! I love marvel so muchhhh!!!
