Try signing out of the app, see if there is an updated version and sign back in. It is so frustrating that this app is declining. I love it too much to leave ... but ... they need to step up.

Wow...I can't believe how much trouble a lot of us are having with the App. Hope they help you with the issue. Gorgeous coloring.

Incredibly Fantastic and Gorgeous Artwork! I am also having issues, but I do not pay. My issues consist of many different things at different times. I have the error codes while trying to comment or thank friends for comments. Turns off all the time, has me signing in quite often for some reason. I have shut my tablet down and rebooted and it may correct it for a short while and then something else happens. Lol Have a Great Day 💕💕💕

Yes I have had the problem with my iPad as well. Though the problem siwitched to not being able to comment and giving error code!

Completely shut down your tablet, wait about 5 minutes. Then, turn it back on. I hope that helps. This is a really lovely coloring.💚💛💙💛💚

Thank you all for your helpful comments! I’ve sent screenshots to Recolor showing them my error messages & they will get back with me. I erased a GB of data to free up space, updated the Recolor App, and Hard reset my iPad about 3 times. I still cannot load the home page so I cannot color their templates. However my work around is to upload their templates as an import, (my iPhone Recolor works fine) & then I can color them on my iPad, & use all the colors I created. I just have the problem...

(Continued) ... that you get from all imports of colors bleeding into each other if there isn’t a good solid line separating them, (when you use all colors but crayons). I hope this all makes sense. So it’s a roundabout way to patch things up until they fix my problem on their end. And I do believe it is on their end because others have had problems with the App right around renewal time. So thank you everyone for your helpful comments & I await their next response which may be soon. 😘♥️♥️♥️🌺

Absolutely stunning Hunni. Yessss I’m hearing You with the problems this App is causing. Paying full price ( i do too ) n then getting nxt to nothing out of it is soooo aggravating. Yes, I’m on a iPad and am having the same issues for weeks, especially trying to comment, but even trying to color, it cuts out and it has to be done again, I keep getting that stupid code aswell, this is beautiful 🌼🌼👏🏻👏🏻

@Awesome Granny ( Debbie ) @Louisa 🇮🇪 🐶🧳✈️ 🥰♥️♥️♥️ Reading your comments I see that this is a universal problem happening on iPad devices around the world. And other problems on other devices. My detective skills are telling me this is a glitch on Recolor’s end. I hope their Technical Support can solve this. Until then I want to use my iPad because I created 400 colors on it. So even though my phone App works, the colors are on my iPad & do not transfer. Importing templates is my temporary fix. 😘♥️♥️♥️💐

Such a familiar issue. I deal with that from time to time. Sometimes I make sure there isn’t any other app running in the background and it has helped. Usually though, I have to give it time. Recolor can be very moody! I hope it gets worked out soon. Beautiful work on this one, by the way.
