@Monarch 🦋 I think this is really amazing that you are doing this. I have anxiety and ADHD and I think this would help a lot. I don’t have panic attacks but I still think I would help a lot. When I was in school I cried every day multiple times a day. I really only had one friend bc I went to a different school this year and now that friend is leaving. I sometimes feel like I have no friends and I talk badly about myself all the time. Can I please join?

@Dance_lover it’s fine, your in! Here’s what you do: you need to put #PanicCrew in your bio and make a panic post like the one above. In the comments of the panic post you just have to explain what we do and you HAVE to put the disclaimer, very important, don’t tell people they can join because we need to limit the members, but if they ask anyways please direct them to me and I will talk with the other founders.
