5 years agoItโs Dรญa de los Muertos (day of the dead) to sum it up without leaving a novel lol. Its a way of honoring death and celebrating your loved ones that have passed. They make skulls out of sugar and decorate them with candy, ribbons, flowers etc.. they also put the name of their loved ones on the forehead of the skulls. I think itโs a beautiful tradition and more of a happy note I guess to remember your loved ones. @StraydoG
