3 years agoGorgeous Colors and I hope you had a good visit with your Mama and was able to get out of the heat. It'll drain you quick wont it? My mother was dehydrated once but she didn't think she was because she was drinking so much water. The Dr told us sometimes if you're a little dehydrated water can flush all of the mineral salts you need out of your body and make things worse. She said to try to drink Gatorade at least once in a while during really hot weather and that's what we did from then on.β€
