2 years agoHi sweetheart. Great advice. I am pretty good, I walk 2 Times day, once ~ 1,3 miles, the other only 1\2 mile. But can’t seem to get my strength back. I told my doctor that strength hasn’t returned, resting heart rate is 10 points higher and I have swelling in my left leg/ankle. Went to cardiologist going for Venus (vein test) in my legs, in Dec. I’ll wear heart monitor. It’s prolly just old age. I think of you often. So sorry I’ve not been by to chat. Vacation and bathroom remodel HUGS🙋♀️❤️
