3 years agoYou are such a sweet encouragement, my dear Wendy. I have completed proofreading and editing chapters 1 through three. Tomorrow my goal is to get a couple more chapters done. I am also painting the railing on our front porch! We have one more nice day tomorrow, and I’d like to get it done. I wish I could just give you a hug, you are such a precious friend!

3 years agoI’m sure painting the railing isn’t the same as painting in Recolour but I know you’ll do a good job! (What colour?) I had James my daughter’s boy visit this weekend, it was lovely to see him but we are still having to keep two metres apart and not being able to hug was really hard. I think I’m missing the hugs more than anything else in this crisis. Anyway here’s a virtual hug for you. 💗🇬🇧💗 @gram gram

3 years agoGlad you got to see James. It is hard not hugging, that’s for sure. Our numbers are going up because so many people listen to our “president” and don’t think they need to wear masks. It’s scary. I have one grandson, who is diabetic. He has a fever, crackling lungs, sore throat, etc. scares me...The railing is white. Nowhere nearly as fun as Recolor!! Thanks for the virtual hug!

3 years agoIt’s the same situation here, numbers are going up again, mostly amongst the young people, all because they don’t social distance or wear masks. It’s so unfair on us ‘oldies’ & the vulnerable like your grandson, who follow all the rules. I’ll remember him in my prayers along with you & the rest of your family. P.S.
