I had been meaning to talk about this for quite some time and I know itโs going to make some people angry but I have seen this happen a lot on this app. (The comment(s) might get deleted because I am sure people are going to report this)

4 years agoSomeone told me that someone had taken a screenshot from my gallery and posted it and that I should warn them and report it. When I asked why? They said, โwell itโs your artโ.... Is it now?
Then should I be crediting myself for othersโ hard work? Did I draw it? Did I put hours into it? Did I come up with the idea? -cont-

Itโs disgusting. A friend of mine has already talked about this on this app and I am sure many if not most of you have already seen it (I will keep them anonymous because I donโt want them getting in trouble). If the art isnโt yours donโt go like โdonโt steal my artโ. If you canโt find the artist then say something like โcredits to the original artist,โ or write a caption related to the art or donโt say anything at all -cont-

4 years agoAnd donโt even try to use the excuse, โoh I spent 5 years of my life looking for this picture and youโre just gonna screenshot it? How dare you?!โ If the art isnโt yours there is no point whining about pointless things like this. You may color it in a unique way, you may even give it some extra details but at the end of the day you didnโt draw it. If the art was actually YOURS then that would be another different story. -cont-

4 years agoI am okay with people taking screenshots from gallery but I would appreciate it if they credit the original artist. I couldnโt care less if they credit me or not. Thatโs all. -end-

4 years agoOmg Okiawa with glasses!!! Eee great job! But yeah I agree 100% with you on my gallery I just started putting up my art a mouth ago so I but in my bio that some of it is mine and everything else is not so yeah I see where your coming from and I agree with it

At least youโre being honest about you juts coloring it. Some people on this app clam thatโs the things they post is there original art. Even though it came from google.
Even tho youโre friend was kinda in the wrong, itโs still nice that they were looking out for you

4 years agoYes itโs absolutely disgusting when people claim art that they didnโt draw as theirs (which is why I had to delete my drawing) it bothers me a lot Iโm glad you said that so more people noticed
