I have decided I would post the other request first and then figure out what to do with that one. Does anyone have any tips on how to do the glow effect (with colors, not filters)? I would very much appreciate them.

3 years agoThis is AMAZING! And for the glow effect, all I suggest is to use very bright colors and to also use white to add more of a glow effect. I hope that helped

The actual girl took five hours and the background and effects took 50 minutes cuz I cheated lol
