Aotd #1: In my country we don’t celebrate it, but I think it’s pasta carbonara
Aotd #2: So this year is pretty tough, but I think I’m grateful for my family, friends and just simple things that make me happier. Like snow (we have a lot of it now 😌), a cup of green tea ( love it! ) or a new sweater. I know that I’m a bit late, but I hope that you had wonderful Thanksgiving!

1 year agoI also have a question. I know that in your country you celebrate Christmas. So you don’t celebrate New Year or what? In my country we also have Christmas ( 7th January ), but we mostly don’t celebrate it ( actually I’m atheist so I’m fine with this )

1 year ago@Insomnia 🦩 so in my country, Christmas is celebrated on December 25th. Even people who aren’t religious usually celebrate it, bc it’s more of a time to spend time with loved ones and show your love/appreciation for them by giving them gifts. In my family (we’re not religious) we don’t really talk about the spiritual/Christian side of it. We also celebrate New Year’s, with the main celebration being on New Year’s Eve, December 31st. There are lots of parades and celebrations in some of the-

1 year ago@Caroline's Coloring 2 hi Caroline! So I actually have covid rn 💀 so I’m not great but it could be a lot worse tbh
My mom was feeling sick Saturday, and she took a covid test Sunday and it was negative, so when I started feeling sick Monday we didn’t think much of it. Then my grandma turned up covid positive Tuesday, so my mom retested and she was positive too. So she pulled me and my sis out of school (this was around lunch) and turns out we’re positive too 😭 it was the first day of-
