3 years ago@Bucky Barnes Cat🐈🦾 Yeah,Steve doesn't fight back and it hurts Bucky because he's obviously trying to remember.And Bucky's entire suit says "I am an animal that needs to be contained".Like I mentioned,the top is like a forties straight jacket,and the mask doesn't protect him,it shuts him up,the entire suit is a containment device

3 years ago@Bucky Barnes Cat🐈🦾 Yeah,if you look at Steve helmet then Bucky's you see Steve's is obviously to protect him,it covers everything except his eyes and mouth,so he can see and speak.Bucky's covers his mouth so he can't speak,and with the goggles it covers his entire face so that he cant be recognized,therefore when they send him after someone he loves they dont recognize him therefore they cant tell him his name and trigger his memories like Steve did.

3 years ago@Bucky Barnes Cat🐈🦾 And this strategy works best for people who cant fight back very well,like Howard Stark.They broke Steve down so that he wasn't trying to hurt Bucky,so that they could take advantage and have Bucky do him in.This would have worked perfectly if Steve hadn't have triggered Bucky's memories.

3 years ago@Bucky Barnes Cat🐈🦾 Yeah!And when Bucky says "You're my mission" Steve says "Then finish it,because I'm with you til the end of the line",he knows Bucky's mission is to kill him,but Steve isn't going to fight Bucky,which was Hydra's game plan.Also one thing that I noticed is Bucky doesn't fully recognize Steve until he's beaten the seven shades of shit out of him,that's how he remembers Steve.Not this icon,not this hero,this punky little kid from Brooklyn that he had to drag out of fights.

3 years agoYeah and when, Bucky said “LETS GIVE IT UP FOR CAPTAIN AMERICA” and everyone cheered, he said CA when he was with others, but when he was with Steve he called him- Steve. Which, yeah duh, but he didn’t say “LETS GIVE IT UP TO Steve.” He never saw him as Captain America. So when he wasn’t all “GOD BLESS AMERICA” he finally recognized him. @Bucky Barnes
