Never underestimate the value of a good night's sleep. Especially when you get to be my age and I'm old!! ๐
I owe this modest improvement to my coloring to sleeping more than two hours a night since talking to my Doctor. I know you may be young and there's so much to do and see and "like", but you'll make yourself old and ugly when you don't get enough rest.ย ย
