@tcrain 🇺🇸🇲🇹 Thank you very much, t! I actually colored that with my finger on my android phone. Usually I am using my iPad and a stylus. Occasionally, I get inspired enough that I will begin a coloring on my phone and if it is going in a way I like then I will post from my phone. I don’t have a subscription on my android, just my iPad. RC makes you buy two subscriptions for that *wrong on every level*. So done on my free version of RC.

This is completely gorgeous & magical! I love your night colors. I have such problems with night lighting & using dark colors- so difficult for me. Your picture is magnificent! 🥰💙💙🖤💙🖤🖤🐻🌙⭐️💫🌟

I think we picked up your rainstorm. It’s been raining here for hours & our backyard is full of water- we even had ducks swim in our new ‘pond’. 😁😱 I’m just glad it hasn’t made it up to the house. We are dry, & the rain should stop soon. 💚💚💚 On the positive side, everyone’s grass is a gorgeous emerald green, my pink crabapple tree is in full bloom, & instead of sticks all around leaves are filling in the trees & bushes- Yay 😄💚🌿🍃🌸🌳🌸🍃🌿💚💚

@photobert YAY!!! Spring has sprung for you!!!! *happy dance*. Boy, you’d better hope you don’t get the rain storm I got! It took 5 days and tractor to square the acres around our house.. We get the worst run off at our house. At the relatives homes here, they are never affected. It has to do with some land destruction just up the hill from us (long story)...and now there is nothing stopping water from washing down staight down my driveway. I’d send ya pics if I had an email addy for ya. Lol

@photobert AND, thank you sooo much, dear friend, for your kind remarks about this coloring. Ya know, I had to just jump in long ago to learn how to do this, and I’m still learning. Fun Fact I learned from my son in graphic design at college: It is far easier to start with a dark subject and add in highlights than to try and add dark to something light. So I start with dark everything and then begin lightening up ...just the opposite of all I had been doing...it changed my RC world, lol.

@🌳Brenavere🌳 Thanks for the great tip! Antoniasc had suggested that to me for shading faces. I tried that once & then gave up & went back to my old ways. You have inspired me with this picture, & I will attempt to do this. I’ll let you know when I finish one with your technique. I’m going to post one today that I just finished with black in it, but it was done in my usual way, so it’s not dark enough. I’ll let you know when I try out your ideas. Thanks! 🥰🖤🖤💙🖤💙💙💐🌟🌙⭐️💫

@photobert Whatever works for you, do it! One technique for a person might be difficult for another so whatever works! Cma once told me that she used circular motions on faces when shading...that also made a huge difference. I also think that you can create crayons as you go to smooth out a complexion..just keep creating crayons from what is already on the pic in progress...it assisted me with that transition of colors on a face. I am still learning sooo much, still questions abound!
